- Integrate Automation: Implement automation to streamline tasks like provisioning, deprovisioning, and policy updates, leveraging APIs for systems like Delinea and Syskit M365 Governance.

- Establish Role-Based Approvals: Define and enforce approval pathways to validate requests for SSO, privileged access, and policy changes, ensuring security and accountability.

- Test and Optimize: Pilot the workflows in controlled environments, gather feedback from stakeholders, and refine the processes for seamless functionality and user experience.
